1. Reservations & Cancellations

When you reserve a table for the evening, you are securing an immersive culinary experience crafted over glowing coals. Because our open-fire cooking requires precise timing and preparation, all reservations must be honored or canceled with sufficient notice.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the seating time may be subject to a fee. We hold tables for a grace period of 15 minutes past the reserved time before releasing them to accommodating walk-in guests.

2. Dining Policies & Atmosphere

Our environment is designed to be dark, intimate, and focused entirely on the hearth. We kindly ask all guests to respect this atmosphere for the enjoyment of the entire room. Come hungry. Stay awhile.

Due to the specialized nature of our kitchen, our menu is strictly focused on premium seafood and open-fire techniques. While we attempt to accommodate severe allergies when notified in advance, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of cross-contamination. We cannot accommodate requests to alter the core preparation methods of our signature dishes.

3. Safety & Liability

The Blue Ember dining room incorporates active open-fire cooking stations. For your safety, guests are strictly prohibited from approaching the central hearth or handling any culinary equipment. The restaurant assumes no liability for personal injury resulting from failure to adhere to staff instructions or posted safety guidelines.

Personal belongings remain the sole responsibility of the guest. We are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items while on the premises.

4. Official Notices & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the local laws of the jurisdiction in which the restaurant operates. Any disputes arising from these terms or your dining experience shall be resolved in the appropriate local courts.

For formal written notices, please direct correspondence to our physical location. Walk-in inquiries regarding policies may be directed to our management team during operating hours.
